Comprehensive Health & Movement Assessment
This 90-minute assessment provides a clear picture of your current physical and cognitive health.
It includes a review of health history and current goals, followed by a structured evaluation of at least 10 key areas related to strength, balance, mobility, and cognitive function.
You’ll receive a clear summary of findings and practical recommendations to guide your next steps in training or programming.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Fee: $200 + HST
