Virtual classes on zoom
All virtual classes are happening on zoom. The link for the classes is provided below.
You will need to download the zoom app before accessing the class.
To register for classes, send an E-transfer or Paypal at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the classes. Email email@example.com if you have any questions concerning registration.

This class is for you if you want to improve or maintain your overall health, particularly if you haven't been active in a while. The class is geared towards older adults or individuals with limited mobility wanting to start moving again or keep moving to feel better.
Equipment: You will need a chair, some space, an exercise band, a pillow, a tennis or Lacrosse ball and a free wall. The class is taught standing and sitting (no lying down on the floor).

How to download zoom
You first need to download the zoom app at https://zoom.us/download. In the download centre, click on the download button under "zoom client for meetings". Install the app on your computer and use the link provided below to access the meeting.
