At NeuroMotion Wellness, we offer personal training and small group fitness classes for older adults looking to be more active. We are happy to work with individuals from all ages who are looking to improve their quality of life.
We have a strong interest in helping individuals who had a stroke or heart attack and are ready to be more active. We also work with clients with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson Disease and individuals suffering metabolic diseases like type II diabetes.
At Neuromotion Wellness, we offer personal training for people of all ages and all fitness levels. In line with our mission statement, we focus on your specific needs to get you to achieve your fitness goals. We have experience with young professionals and older adults, individuals new to exercise or people whose mental health has impaired their fitness journey. Diabetes Management with Exercise
Diabetes is a metabolic disease that affects more than 2 million Canadians. It is well known that regular exercise can help mitigate the symptoms and effects of diabetes. Older adults are more likely to suffer from Type II Diabetes. At Neuromotion wellness, we focus on helping individuals diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes get a hold of the disease and improve their overall health. Dr. Loïse has over four years experience working with individuals with Type I and older adult with Type II diabetes.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai yoga massage/therapy is an ancient healing practice that incorporates assisted stretching, facilitated yoga postures, acupressure and a Shiatsu-style massage techniques. It is a very effective method of inducing relaxation and relieving muscular tension, while guiding the body through its optimal range of motion in various joints through passive stretches, twists and join mobility exercises.
