Movement series
NeuroMotion Wellness new movement series consists of four 45 minutes classes each with a specific focus that you can try and incorporate into your weekly routine. Each class will consist of a 10 minutes warm up and cool down and 25 minutes of work according to the focus of the class.
The series starts on Thursday September 9th and ends on September 30th and classes start at 10 am. You can find the breakdown of the classes below:
Light weights

When: September 9th at 10 am

Focus: general fitness with aerobic and strength training exercises

Equipment: 1-2 lbs weights or food cans or water bottles, provided that you can hold each item with one hand

Note: not all workout will be done with the weights
Self-massage

When: September 23rd at 10 am

Focus: myofascial release - learn how to use a broomstick and a ball to help release tension and alleviate muscle pain

Equipment: a broomstick or a dowel, a tennis or lacrosse ball
Floor workout

When: September 16th at 10 am

Focus: mobility and core exercises

Equipment: a pillow or yoga block, a mat or a comfortable carpet

Note: not all workout will be done on the floor, part of the workout will be done sitting or standing
Band workout

When: September 30th at 10 am

Focus: general fitness with aerobic and strength training exercises

Equipment: elastic band
-
Note: not all workout will be done with the band
If you do not have the required equipment, I am selling any equipment you may need. Please contact me at loisehp@gmail.com as soon as possible for more information as it may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your equipment.

Individual classes are $5 each or $18 for all 4 classes. To register for classes, send an E-transfer to loisehp@gmail.com and include the class date (i.e. September 23rd) in the message. If you have any questions about class registration, contact Dr. Loise at your earliest convenience.
Zoom links for the classes will be sent to you 24 hours before your registered class.
